Through the contact form, we process data you provide voluntarily: full name, email address, optionally company name and message content. We may also automatically collect statistical data about website use (see the analytics section).
Your data may be entrusted to service providers we use: Web3Forms for form handling; our hosting provider; Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Analytics; and Cal.com for meeting booking. These entities process data in accordance with their respective roles and agreements.
We retain enquiry data for the time necessary to handle the matter and for up to 24 months, after which we delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous visitor statistics. The tool stores cookies only after you give consent in the consent message shown on your first visit - until then, no analytics script is loaded. IP addresses are anonymised. Choosing “Essential only” means we do not store analytics cookies; we only remember your decision in browser localStorage. You can withdraw consent by clearing website data in your browser - the message will appear again. Statistical data may be transferred to Google in accordance with its privacy policy.
